Confidence Tracker

Watch your confidence grow, week by week

Change is too slow to feel day to day. Confidence Gym makes it visible — streaks, self-trust XP, days tracked, and a confidence trend you can watch climb.

In short

The confidence tracker turns your daily check-ins into a visible trend. Confidence Gym shows your current and best streak, days tracked, self-trust XP and level, and an average confidence score that rises over weeks — so you can see progress even on days it does not feel real.

The dashboard

Proof you can actually look at

A calm dashboard that answers one question: am I moving forward?

  • Current & best streak — momentum at a glance.
  • Days tracked — the long game, in one number.
  • Self-trust XP & level — consistency made concrete.
  • Confidence growth chart — your average score over time.
Why it works

You cannot argue with a trend line

Self-doubt edits memory. A record does not.

9
Current streak — you showed up today.
173
Days tracked — a record of effort, not mood.
+1.5
Confidence change vs. last week.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does Confidence Gym track?
It tracks your streaks, self-trust XP and level, the number of days you have shown up, and an average confidence score based on your daily check-ins — so you can see your confidence trend over weeks.
How is the confidence score calculated?
Your confidence score comes from the check-ins you complete each day. Rather than a single number that defines you, it is a trend line that shows direction — is your average moving up over time?
What are streaks and self-trust XP?
A streak counts the days you show up in a row. Self-trust XP and levels reward consistency, so progress feels visible on the days when change is too slow to feel.
Do streaks punish me if I miss a day?
No. The point of a streak is motivation, not guilt. Missing one day does not undo your progress, and you can start again the next day.
Why track confidence at all?
Self-doubt distorts memory — it makes you forget the days you coped well. Tracking gives you an objective record that your confidence is changing, even when it does not feel like it.
